This was the worst taxi experience I have ever had. Had to call four times and the taxi driver still hasn't shown up when they told me a half an hour ago they were on their way to me.

Absolutely horrible! I waited an hour & a half, and I ended up walking home. I called to cancel my ride and I ended up being cussed out by the "receptionist" because I didn't wait two hours for a shitty ashtray on wheels. I've used PDQ before & it was the stuff of nightmares. Save yourself the headaches, Bless.

When they did show up to get me for work the van smelled like someone had just put a whole pack of cigarettes out as they pulled up so I had to put up with the awful smell plus go into work at the hospital smelling like I smoked plus all of my patients had to deal with me reeking of cigarette smoke. The driver never came to a complete stop at any of the stop signs through town at all. I was very thankful I was already headed to the hospital because all I kept thinking was we are going to need it when he hits something or someone. I hope if I ever have to use their service again that they take others plus safety into account.

Call for a taxi at 6:30,told them I had to be at work at 7:30. They showed up at 7:28, it a 8min trip to my job. Thanks PDQ for costing me my job.

The best cab company in Muncie. I was wondering a driver by the tyrone still works there he was one of the best drivers there.

The drivers are friendly but the woman dispatcher is a very unfriendly Person.

So I called for a cab at 945 am this morning, was told it was on its way when I told the guy where I was he never showed, I called back an Hour later, Hes almost there, 30 minutes later no cab, call Mr. Nice Guy was there in 5 minutes took me where I was going directly. after my 2nd appointment today I decided to give them another chance I called them at a little after 2 to pick me up still no cab at 6 o'clock, My brother who lives in Farmland made it to pick me up before the cab did.I advise bus travel in Muncie

I called them at 4am and the dispatch told me they would send a car in 15 minutes. They showed up in less than 10 and charged me like $6.50 to take my friend home across town. That was absolutely great. Probably not going to be calling any other taxi service than PDQ in Muncie from here on out.

I have used PDQ taxi in the past and I mean past. This company has many problems, beginning with rude dispatchers, dirty and smelly taxi cabs. Some of their drivers were nice and some were completely rude. When you call to check on the status or length of time until your cab will arrive, they always tell you just a few minutes, their right around the corner. Like anyone will fall for that line more than once. I have been driven around for 45 - 60 minutes when I was going several blocks down the street. I called to cancel a cab one night and show common respect and I was yelled at by the dispatcher and told never to call them back or use their service again??? I have been left stranded several times for 2 to 4 hours waiting on a cab. Guess what they never showed up. I am so glad that we have other transportation choices in Muncie

I used PDQ taxi on several occasions and yes sometimes it takes them a while but other times it does not. I mean what do you people expect with them being the only taxi cab service in town. Oh wait there is MR. Nice guy now right hahahaha seriously people this guy is a fraud! I asked him once how much driving experience he had and he told me 6 years well first off he isnt even that old. I found out he has had two weeks experience and guess working where... PDQ so no i wont ride with him i dont trust him. I think that PDQ is doing a great job and they need to keep up the good work esp since the pay isnt that great i mean what do you people honestly expect a magic carpet???

I rode with pdq this past sunday night. I called about an hr in advance thinking it would take me two or three hours like any other night that i have called. I was suprised when a female answered the phone because any other night i would call it would be a girl. Unlike the guy who i usually talk to this girl seemed wide awake, nice, and very respectful telling me she would have me a cab as soon as possible. I figured it would be atleast an hr but fifteen minutes later the cab showed up to my house she was nice and took us straight to her destination. I am very satisfied with there business this time around. who ever the female dispatcher on sunday night was i just want to say thank you for getting my cab to me right away.

I really depends what driver you get. Some will get you where you want to go on time others do not know what they are doing. It would be nice if all the taxi drivers were good at their jobs, but the job doesn't pay enough for them to keep much more than a few good drivers. I could see not wanting to take a taxi during the day because of the dispatcher and most of the drivers. The night dispatcher however is much more friendly and organized, and has most of the best drivers on that shift. But honestly you people complain that the prices for the taxis are too expensive, but they are too cheap. That is why there are few good drivers. The pay is not enough. Tell pdq to lower their rates and see what kind of driver shows up to take you were you want to go then. I know most of these drivers work at least 60 hours a week, and hardly get to see their families, so maybe you should show some appreciation for the drivers and respect them instead of thinking you are so much better than them.

This morning i called for a taxi cab! Of course i asked the lady how long it would be and she told me it would be a little it but she would get me one as quickly as possible. I told her it was fine that i needed to be to work in an hour and if she believed she could get me one before then she said yes. I called back thirty minutes later and the woman told me it was going to probably be another hour because she only had one driver right now. I asked the woman for her name and the number for her corporate and she told me that the owners were out of town and she could take my number and refused to give me her name i finally called back and she told me her name was debbie. This woman was very rude and not friendly at all. I was finally picked up an hour and a half later and was late to work the cab being late wouldnt have beeen so bad if she wouldnt have been so rude! to whomever owns pdq get rid of debbie and hire someone with respect

i called for a taxi and they were there within 15 minutes and i was very happy with there service ,i would deffinetly use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs to be there on time thanks PDQ

I have tried using PDQ a few time and they are always late. The last time they said they would be there in about 15 minutes... it took them over an hour. They first 2 times I called them they said they were on the way, but the 3rd time they said they were in the middle of a shift change and that was why it was taking so long. (Wish they would have just told me that the first time I called.)

Awesome service and friendly dirvers. I was very impressed with how quickly that my ride showed up and how cheap it was to my destination. I very much like the new policies and recommend them to all my friends. Thank you so much PDQ for your excellant service!!!

The worst most unreliable cab service in the history of the world. Don't call them if you have to be some place at a certian time or even at all. I called them 2 hours in advance to go to work and they didn't show up. Not only that but the only other time that I called them it took them 1 1/2 hours to find an address 1/2 block from McGalliard. The driver even had a gps unit attached to his windshield. How is this possible? Thanks pdq for the loss of wages and maybe even the loss of my job. If you want a rude dispatcher and a unreliable ride (if they even show up at all) they are the ones for you!

Just not professional nor are they organized. As far as i know they are the only service in town now. So get a car, pay a friend or catch the bus.
