Open Door/BMH Health Center is a medical facility that provides a variety of primary care services for individuals of all ages throughout east central Indiana. It offers treatment solutions for patients with diabetes, asthma, heart problems, chronic illnesses, and breast and cervical cancer. The center additionally provides a range of dental care services that includes tooth extractions, fillings, cleanings, crowns, bridges, partials and dentures. It also offers smoking cessation and parental care coordination programs. The center provides cancer screening, education, mammography, diagnostic, physical examination, immunization, vaccination, treatment planning and consulting services.
