      Our A/C unit was acting up and my husband and I decided to call Masiongale. The day their service representatives came out, I told them the A/C unit was not cooling our home. One of the men entered the home and we turned the thermostat down as far as it would go. He explained he needed to check the unit within the furnace and the unit outside. I made sure he had access to both and went back to my kids. The same individual returned to the door and asked where the box was to shut down power to both units. Two men then entered the home to shut down power. Once they went back outside, I assumed they were doing an inspection. When the first representative knocked on the door a second time, he entered the kitchen and explained both of our units needed replaced. He claimed they are 20 yrs old but one is 7. He proceeded to tell me he would not put more money into the current unit if it were his. This was right before he handed me a $500 bill for a service not authorized. Awful
