If that is so, and I know that my insurance approved in September, AND on the last contact In November HHD said "end of next week", why am I still waiting for SOCKS on December 16??? This is a scrappy, communicative company. Not even a lousy phone call???

If your insurance was paying for the parts, then it's not their fault. They are at the mercy of insurance approvals. They are not a non-profit and have to be paid by insurance in order to do business. I'm sure if you paid cash, they would have ordered the part(s) and would have shipped in 7-10 days. This is a great company

Do not ever use this company. I am in a wheelchair and I ordered parts 7/23/10. Today is 9/13/10 and I still do not have them. Never use this company!
