I went here twice, and took my daughter twice. I do not like the dental hygienist, and I had a different dentist both times. The dental hygienist is rough when she is cleaning teeth, and I found her to be very negative, with a tendency to talk down to Patients. I take very good care of my teeth, and she went out of her way to find things wrong, constantly trying to talk me into having other services done for more money, and talking down to me like I was a five year old child. The last straw was when I took my daughter to get her teeth cleaned, and she was called after a 90 minute wait. My time is worth more than that, and I cannot waste time waiting that long for an appointment. I am picky about dentists, and this place was a huge disappointment. We found other dentists and will not be back to Aspen of Muncie. My new dentist, as well as the dental hygienist, treats me with respect, and tells me that she can tell that I take very good care of my teeth.
