State Directory- FlooringAll units are standard without a floor that enables you to use bark, gravel, or whatever you think best absorbs the water that is used when you water your plants. We also offer two or three different flooring systems upon your request. All units are standard with wiring in 1/2" EMT conduit with lights and receptacles, wire mesh shelving on three walls and a 32" mobile home-type door with window for extra ventilation. Options include thermostat controlled exhaust fans and sprinkler systems.

- FramingFor the gardener in the family, our Green Houses are available in mist green fiberglass or clear poly-carbonate panel made specifically for green house use. The framing is constructed of strong 18 or 20 gauge steel galvanized studs.

- Window Installation/Replacement9. Handi-House warranties what their suppliers warranty to them. 30 years on aluminum siding, 15 years against hail damage, 20 years on the floor from termites, rot and decay, and 3 years on accessories (doors and windows).
- Garage Door Repair/ReplacementYes. There will be a $50.00 service charge; if the original carport was ordered from CCI; and if you want to add walk-in doors or garage doors to your carport, the original carport must be 6' or taller.
- SidingThis is our most economical wood-sided building. 5/8 T-1-11 siding that covers this frame makes this building as structurally sound as any shed on the market. The siding is natural, however we spray a clear protective sealer on the siding unless you specify to leave the sealer off due to the fact you will be painting the shed in the near future. This unit is standard with a wood door, windows and electrial outlets, depending on the size of unit ordered. This unit is also available with a metal door as a standard feature and a shingle roof is available on request.
