I have tried to use this place many times, but will never go there again. Completely unprofessional (I have had to walk through cigarette smoke to get in, from employees hanging out smoking in doorways) I have to talk to them while they eat their Big Macs, and they give you a hard time when you ask for a drop-off receipt when you bring a prepaid-label package. EVERY other print shop I've dropped off at, they automatically print you a receipt confirming point of origin/proof you dropped off. Here they scribble it down on random pieces of paper while telling you it's not necessary for them to do that work for you. I have argued w/the same person over a receipt 3 times! I have had confusing tracking with 1 other package left there, so God forbid a box goes missing/never tracks, they probably convinced you you didn't need a drop off receipt & claim you never brought it to them. Just unhelpful and not up to current professional times. I'll drive the extra 30 min. to Delafield from now on.
