After reading the reviews, I was encouraged to bring my Jeep to the Mukilteo shop of Les Schwab. The noise from one of the wheel bearings was getting louder. Called beforehand and talked with Matt about the problem. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Dealing with him, Anthony and all the staff was very, very relieving from start to finish. Their shop has all the business qualities I'm looking for- honesty, professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, etc. It's very easy to remember my good experience dealing with them, and I'll just have to keep coming back and would recommend them to my friends. I wish they also have a regular auto shop. Maybe someday they will diversify. I won't have second thought bringing my vehicle to them for any repair as they've won my trust. I have to write this review, it's the least I can do. Thanks much again for the great service!

Not only does the local Les Schwab continue to take great care of my car (always has and always will) but they recently stepped forward to help a family in great need. Without hesitation, they said," We will help the lady solve her brake problem so that she will be able to get her daughter back and forth to Children's hospital." The family continues to struggle with health issues but not car issues....thanks to helping hands at Schwab. Thank you! We will send you a letter soon....and did send a letter to the editor (will include that also) of the Herald. Your kindness was noticed. You will have me as a customer forever....for I know that I am only as safe as my tires....and you keep them in top shape, are friendly like family, and give top rate service, Also love your popcorn! Les Schwab advertises they are TPMS experts. It took them two hours to replace the tire pressure sensor on one wheel, then they charged me twenty dollars extra because it took them so long to figure out how to reset the computer. I'm not a fan.
