General Info
Cascade Elite Gymnastics in Mountlake Terrace, Wa was established in 1989. Our Facility is over 20,000 sq. feet. CEG offers a variety of gymnastics classes from preschool, to boys and girls recreational, to team gymnastics, high school gymnastics and adult gymnastics. We also offer Parent's nite out, birthday parties, holiday - spring and summer Camps, field trips, our mobile program and school fundraising programs.

This is a really great club. I really enjoy attending the Bootcamp class they have here. It is an extra charge class but well worth the money!! Ali is amazing and really knows how to kick our behinds! Among other things aside from Bootcamp the staff as a whole is friendly, the trainers know what they are doing, and the weight room is huge!! To me this is a great place with good people and it's a good workout environment!

This is a really fun gym to workout in!! The MMA class is AWESOME!!! The instructor is amazing. It's fun to be active like this in a place where everyone is so friendly and interesting. I've have nothing but good things to say about this club. There are so many options and it's a great price!! $19 per month can't beat that!!!

I went to CEG just trying it out when i was 13(it was the first time i had ever done gymnastics...EVER). The staff was SO helpful. Within 2 months, I could do a double arabian!!! that is something even Nastia Lukin and Rebecca Bross have trouble doing! I will never forget CEG even if they forgot me!!
