Mountain View High School offers education to more than 1,700 students in grades nine through 12. It is affiliated with the Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District and offers a curriculum that includes English, mathematics, science, social studies, and physical and health education. The additional courses offered by the school include home economics, business and consumer studies, and technical and special education. The extracurricular activities offered by the school include choral and instrumental music, jazz dance, theater and dramatics and visual arts. It provides various sports activities to students, including basketball, volleyball, soccer, water polo, tennis, football, badminton, baseball, diving, swimming, and track and field. It is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The school is located in Mountain View, Calif.
