  P orsche recommends that you have your auto’s air conditioning system serviced — preventive maintenance — every two years which can prevent costly repairs. Regular service keeps contaminants from circulating throughout a Porsche’s air conditioning system, a leading cause of system failure. Service consists of: evacuation of any moisture, recharging the system while adding the proper amount of freon/R134, and a visual inspection of the entire air conditioning system.

  D oug drives a 1968 912, a car he’s loved and owned for over 50 years, ever since the car was brand new and he drove it from the dealership’s showroom. Doug says the car runs great and enjoys how it handles along California scenic highways such as Big Sur and points north. “David’s done an excellent job of taking care of my car,” says Doug. The shop has performed most of the scheduled maintenance, brake services, oil and lube, things of that nature. “David is real helpful because he’s so patient with customers; he fully explains everything to you. He’s always bent over backwards when it comes to customer service.”
