Great fore-play - but beyond that it has been an expensive and horrible nightmare. Communication is terrible. Speak to people whose English I could not understand. Require things that were not disclosed. Completely unable to deal with criticism and either ignore it or become defensive. Do not respond promptly. Took months before delivery of site.
