I have 3 large, nice and clean rooms on the square in Mountain View, Arkansas. Each has a private bath, WiFi, coffeemaker, refrigerator, microwave and cable tv. There is a deck you can sit on -- no smoking or pets in rooms. But smoking is allowed on the deck. From the deck you can see the pickin' park where all the musicians go to play.
