I met Todd Mccurry 2 days before and he provided me with his card and cell number to reach him personally.. I have never had this kind of experience before and I have already told numerous people about this experience. I also would love to thank Gabe who quickly got all the cars that I wanted to try and let me know of everything about them and perfessionaly handled everything! I've been dreading buy a car for a year and a half because of past expierence. The last new car I bought was in 1986 and after that I swore I would never buy another. Although sales people still like to talk about payment amount rather than the actual cost of the vehicle. I personally prefer to talk about bottom line not what the payment will be. Mike (my salesman) was very personable and knowledgeable and made the whole experience less painful. Thank you Mike. However, the guy (I forget his name) who completed the paperwork didn't seem to enjoy his job. I will definitely see Mike first for my next vehicle. Thanks Joe Haas

On 2 feb 2013 I had a great experience at Mountain Home Auto Ranch. I did hear in the past about how they are bad but I had not but good quality customer service while I was working with Mike V. Jr. I would recommend this dealership. Thanks for the Volkswagen and all your help.

I was very surprised and happy with the treatment and service I received from the staff at MHAR. They gave me a good deal, helped with excellent financing and we received a very fair trade in value. They made it happen with no pressure.

The mechanics at Mountain Home Auto Ranch are the sloppiest mechanics i have EVER dealt with! OH and just FYI...if you look up Mountain Home Auto Ranch in the Better Business Bureau, you will see that the rating they received is an F. 13 customers complaints were filed against them in the last 3 years and 8 of the 13 complaints have not been resolved.
