Have had our unit a little over 3 yrs now. We had a 15 seer unit put in and are very happy with it. Paid a fair price and have it checked and serviced twice a year by friendly and courteous service techs. Our house is all electric as was our house we moved from in Az. (6 months of summer). Our electric bill is averaging $10 cheaper a mo. here, and our house here is 1000 sq. ft. larger. I can't ask for better than that. Thanks Preston and crew. Joe & Gloria.
