When I visited this bakery to buy some pastries, I have noticed that their store is clean and organized. This first impression really attracted me.

This bakery is Birmingham's only true European-style bakery, both in terms of the ambiance and the products it produces. It has a variety of breads that include Italian and French baking styles. Although the items are not cheap, the quality is excellent and as good as the breads you will find in European bakeries. Highly recommended for a cup of coffee and a croissant on site, to pick up a wild yeast sour dough loaf, or a loaf of excellent olive bread.
