      I highly recommend Urban Fitness. They make you feel so welcome that completley look forward to going to the gym. The personal trainers are wonderful and approachable. The equipment is varied, clean and up to date. I couldn't recommend this gym more highly. It is AMAZING!!!. I have never been one who felt comfortable going to the gym but at Urban I feel comfortable, confident (thanks to my trainers help) and motivated.
