- We are located on the second floor of the Carnation Building in Downtown Mount Vernon. This is the big Orange building directly across from the Co-Op.

Pilates is great for strengthening your core and adding stability to your structure from the inside out. It is a low-impact form of exercise and can be an effective way for people with arthritis, osteoporosis, sore or weak backs or hips, and pre and post natal to safely move.
