This company is terrible at customer service! I took my serger in on a Friday afternoon with a threading problem, they claimed they would have to send it out for repair & turn around was 2 weeks. Monday they called and said it was ready. Wow. When I went in to pick it up; they charged me $49.95 for properly inserting the needle. They did nothing else. Some how I had just put the needle in backwards, someone looked at it for 5 min. in the store and they couldn't give me a break on their repair charges! How can you trust someone who is that money hungry that they would rather have $50 and loose a customer rather than say; it was such a small thing we are only going to charge you half and please come back. I will never use them again.
