At present, Powers Law Group represents individuals accused of crimes in Island, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties. The goal of Powers Law Group is to deliver a level of legal service that is both honest and aggressive. Honest in the straightforward way we approach and discuss cases, legal issues, and probable outcomes with our clients, and aggressive in the manner in which we investigate and prepare a case for trial. Preparing each case as if it were to go to trial assists in preparing legal motions, case preparation, negotiations with the prosecutor; thus, allowing our clients to make informed decisions.
