Park Hill Apartments are a very nice place to live. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is always willing to help. The apartments are very spacious. The pool is always Crystal clear and the fitness center makes it easy to save money on not having to have a fitness membership.

Park HIll Apartments are definitely not worth the money!!!! I wouldn't recommend moving here unless you want to deal with a headache all the time. Maintneance sucks,management is worthless and they just don't care about there tenants!!!!! Not worth almost 800.00 a month. Can't wait to move from the nightmare on Mitchell Ave!!!

Since our stay, it has had two owners in the short span of two years. When we moved in we had many problems such as water issues which took 6 months to fix, fire alarms going off for no reason and in a wood structure not a wanted experience. We moved in during the winter months, windows leaked lots of cold air, one window would not open correctly, lots of fit and finish problems which we noted to the manager, so far nothing was done to repair the window. We live in a bottom apartment and the noise from upstairs is quite loud, constant popping noise from the ceiling. There have been several tenants above us and they all create lots of noise. One reason we moved here was the data center, which has never been available for use (interner-fax-ect.) There has been insect problems since arrival. The apartment was new and there were spiders and roaches all over, and still are. A good point was the price, but with the missing services & other issues, it's just another apartment complex.
