Never had a problem. The services provided were always good. The pharmacist were always courteous and professional and very detailed regarding prescription intake.

Just picked up 2 scripts. Both of them were not mixed. When my wife called, she was told to add water. Add water? It's a prescription for my kids. New staff needs to be trained better, especially when you deal with people's health. When I told the staff that I will never come back, he said 'be my guest'. So ok you lost a longstanding customer and I'm sure I'm better off.

I have been a loyal customer to the Fleetwood pharmacy since they first opened on grand street. I have always had a great experience with them even after adding a addition to my family. Me and my kids are very happy with the services that give us. They have caring staff that make everything possible. From the Pyatt and Anderson family, we truely love you guys..
I have used Fleetwood Pharmacy for at least 2 years. The staff is cordial and professional. Fleetwood Pharmacy is a true neighborhood store. The owner knows his customers, warmly greeting each one as they order their medication. You are treated to fast, familial service. They will always receive my business.

I have been using Fleetwood Pharmacy since the time they first opened, I believe about 2 years or so ago. I was tired of the long lines at Duane Reed and Fleetwood had a hands on policy from the beginning. I have since moved out of Fleetwood but still get my prescriptions from them. All I have to do is call and they will deliver them to me. They are very polite and will go out of their way to get whatever prescription you need. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new pharmacy in that area.
