The Dairy Freeze was opened in 1957 by Darrell Cooper! Back then, it was the hang out for people and their cars - kind of an “American Graffiti” feel to it. It’s Rock ‘n Roll Canopy is one of the few remaining this side of the Mississippi! Today, the business is run by Darrell’s son, Steve as it enters its 61st year of being in business! The Dairy Freeze is known for its Car Shows and Cruise-Ins as well as for their delicious menu!
