      Faulkner & King, PSC was formed in 1984 by Harvey K. Faulkner and Joseph C. King. Prior to 1984, this office was a satellite office of Potter & Company, a regional accounting firm based in Lexington, Kentucky. The Mt. Sterling office opened in the 1960s and continued in business there until its conversion into Faulkner & King in 1984. Today the firm has a total staff of 13, 8 of whom are CPAs.
