Disappointed...

I've been a loyal customer of this place for years...yesterday I went to purchase a gift certificate for a bride...the Manager was unprofessional and unbending...wouldn't work with me on the package...fine so I bought the 90.00 one and when I asked for a small gift bag to put it in, she wanted to charge me 5.00!! It's not the amount but rather the principal, especially since I had an appointment the following day to come in for a mani/pedi with my mother. Guess what, those appointments were cancelled and I called the manager to share that with her...not only will I never step foot in that place again, but I will no longer continue to refer family and friends...there was only one gal that I would go to anyway who I felt was excellent at what she did...the others (and I tried them all) did a mediocre job AT BEST~!! Bad move on the Managers part. She just lost 80.00 that we would have spent today and future referals and business - I'd say that 5.00 bag on her part was a bad call...you
