very nonpersonnal , staff treats you like a number, not a patient. Will quote the highest rates with the most severe and costly options to cure your pet. Clinic setting its all about the money. Vets have a high turn over rate. Very eager to scare you into thinking the worst in your pet to pray on getting you to pay the most.
