Very uncaring my dog was in a serious medical emergency and they did not care about my dog at all I'd really do not trust them they're more worried about money than anything else and I think they overcharged me

NEVER do business with them! I referred a friend here when her dog had parvo. They treated her dog then sent the remainder of HER bill to me. They have now threatened me with a lawsuit and put this on my credit report. How is it my fault that they failed to get her contact info? This has been a nightmare. I have called multiple times and they have not taken care of it. They don t care about ruining my credit and my money. They have not contacted the person responsible at all. Very unprofessional people that can t even bill the right person. NEVER do business with them and NEVER EVER refer someone. You will end up having to pay THEIR bill.

These guys are wonderful! Our dog started having seizures on a Sunday and we were at a loss for what to do since it was nearly midnight. We found their number on the internet and called them and they had us come in immediately. They gave us good directions that allowed us to find their office no problem and there was a nurse there to meet us at the door. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The vet was nice and very knowledgeable about what was going on and treated our dog right away. Aside from treating the seizures and talking us through what to do from now on she didn’t recommend any extraneous tests. We were worried that a late night visit was going to cost a lot but the total only came out to $170. This is now our new emergency vet whenever we have an animal in trouble.

They are wonderful!! The care my pets have recieved has been the best. I will continue to rely on them for any surgical and/or emergency situations we require.

We went there with our cat that was experiencing a freak out with throwing up constantly, hissing at everyone, eyes watering, etc.... We went in at 10:30 and left the ER at 11:35, no one was at the front desk for a couple of mins. to even help us even though we called them and told them we were 5 mins. away. THEY NEVER LOOKED AT OUR CAT to see if he was poisoned or having a stroke or maybe dying. They did not care at all. We finally left after the doctor never came to us and went to a clinic in Illinios where we called the vet and he came in from home. If you value your pets lives do not go to this facility because they could die in the waiting room.
