The Family Health Group, also known as FHG, offers a range of nursing and medical care services. The group, operational since 1996, provides primary and preventative care services in southern middle Tennessee. It specializes in chronic disease management services. The group has more than five practice sites throughout Maury and Marshall counties in Tennessee. The Family Health Group treats and diagnoses individuals suffering from asthma, high cholesterol and diabetes. The group conducts pulmonary function tests and physical exams. Family Health Group is an affiliate of Maury Regional Hospital and St. Thomas Hospital.
