      Terrible customer service

      Purchased expensive custom sofa and quality of cushions has been absolutely terrible. Within a couple months of owning the sofa, the cushions lost their form and support and now causes me back problems(they're that bad). I have had to follow up multiple times and to no avail. They do not care about their customers and will not make it right if you are dissatisfied with the quality of what you just spent a small fortune on. I would gladly forgive the quality if it was remedied, but the store manager clearly does not wish to have repeat business and there is no accountability. Disappointing.

      Terrible quality. Sofa cushions were deformed and completely unsupportive within only a couple of months of owning. Store manager never follows up requests for a remedy. Friend also purchased here and had to return due to quality. She at least got her money back. I'm stuck with an expensive custom sofa that is very uncomfortable. I will never do business with this store again. All that was needed was some care for their customers and to stand begin their products if something is not right. All would have been forgiven because things happen, but I can't keep following up going into the 5th month of trying to get a remedy. I don't have time.

      I purchased a bedroom set from Stuckey brothers by Henkel Harris when they were in Summerville along with two Waterford Hospitality lamps. The people were extremely helpful and their service was outstanding.
