We provide repair and service for all hot tubs regardless of where you purchased the spa. We also provide repairs as a warranty company for all major manufacturers. Our service trucks are fully stocked with common parts, and we have thousands of parts in stock to ensure we are able to repair your spa the very first appointment. Call us. We provide service to spas in Summerville, Goose Creek or Moncks Corner, Mount Pleasant, Charleston, Awendaw, James Island, Folly beach, Johns Island, and North Charleston. We service Beaufort SC as well. Make MySpaGuy your spa guy. Travel charge note: Travel charge is waived for non-warranty repeat customers and members. A travel charge may be applicable for "in-warranty" repairs and varies based on the manufacturer. New customers may choose to become a member, and receive special discounts on parts and labor for $125 which includes any trip charges as well as a complete and thorough diagnostic of all components and up to 2 hours on site for all testing and a discount membership. All of our techs are thoroughly trained and multi-component certified. Our trucks keep most common parts, and we have an astounding 98.3% completion rating for our first trip.
