General Info
Meredith L. Duffy, AuD, CCC-A is a board-certified Clinical Instructor of Audiology and holds the role as the Clinical Director of Aural Rehabilitation. She graduated from the University of Connecticut-School of Medicine with her AuD degree in 2011. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders, and a minor in Psychology. Dr. Duffy completed her clinical externship year at Weill Cornell Medicine-NY Presbyterian Hospital from 2010 to 2011, and worked as a Clinical Audiologist on their staff until 2018. Her clinical interests and expertise include the diagnosis of adult and pediatric hearing disorders; audiologic rehabilitation (consultation, fitting, and orientation of hearing aids and assistive listening devices); osseointegrated implantable device evaluations and fittings; and hearing conservation and custom hearing protection. Dr. Duffy is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and a member of the South Carolina Academy of Audiology (SCAA), the Academy of Rehabilitative Audiology (ARA), and the Audiology Practice Standard Organization (APSO). Lastly, she is a preceptor for 4th year Audiology externs.
