- FitnessBOOM is a one-of-a-kind fitness studio with a unique approach to boomer exercise programs. No memberships or long-term contracts are required. Our exercise programs focus on functional fitness training concepts emphasizing flexibility, balance, core stabilization and strength. Functional fitness enables boomers the opportunity to better perform everyday activities and maintain a healthier, more active lifestyle without unnecessary fatigue and risk of injury. Whether your lifestyle activities include golf, tennis, running, swimming or just keeping up with the kids, each training program is designed to meet your needs and goals taking into consideration your medical history, activity level and expectations. Our goal is to not only help you get in better shape, but to teach you how to exercise properly, implement better nutrition habits and motivate you to incorporate better fitness and health in your everyday life. At our new location in The Shoppes at Seaside Farms in Mount Pleasant, SC, we provide one-on-one personal training by appointment. We also offer fully-equipped, individual workout stations that are available on a reservation basis. Our fitness studio is designed to offer a more inviting workout environment for baby boomers and provide more personal attention to the needs of all our clients.
