As audiologist and owner of East Cooper Hearing Centers, it has always been my mission to provide preventative and rehabilitative hearing healthcare to my patients. My approach to patient care is unique to each individual. My goal is to help them succeed with the right hearing aid technology, not only improving their hearing but their quality of life. Joseph E. Gillespie, M. Aud. has been practicing audiology since 1994. He earned his Master's in Audiology from the University of South Carolina and Bachelor's in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. Upon completion of his postgradutate clinical fellowship, he earned an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology and opened East Cooper Hearing Centers. Mr. Gillespie is board certified in Audiology and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, American Speech and Hearing Association, SC Academy of Audiologists, and Academy of Dispensing Audiologists. He specializes in adult audiology and is an expert in fitting advanced digital hearing aid technology
