It's incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone here--over the last six months, I've left at least 2 voice mails during business hours, 3 voice mails outside of business hours and sent 2 emails via the website "contact us" form just to cancel and reschedule an appointment. After 6 months of attempts, I received my reminder postcard in the mail for the original appointment that I had canceled six months prior. I made yet another attempt to contact them for a reschedule, but again got voice mail. I finally spoke with someone today and was told that the soonest I would be able to reschedule my appointment for was July. My thought was, "Wow, they really are too busy for me!"

Dr. Wilson has done a wonderful job with my smile. I've have a few procedures and they were completely pain free and the work is beautiful! The staff is so friendly and they take the time to make sure you are comfortable. CVJ
