Mr. Baily is a licensed professional engineer in the state of South Carolina and has over 20 years of construction and engineering experience. He has worked both in the U.S. and overseas on heavy-civil/bridge, marine port facility, commercial building and residential construction projects. His broad and varied background helps him to provide his clients with the best solutions for their projects.
