Provided by YP.comMy daughter and I were both sick, and we came into the Mount Pleasant office. Pleasantly surprised by the care we both received. In and out. They had masks in the waiting room to cover our faces, and this impressed me. Nice staff, quick care. No problems at all and recommend to anyone who wants to avoid the nasty ER.

Provided by YP.comThank you Shaker people for your kindness and compassion with my special needs son. He was so sick and cranky, but everyone was polite and compassionate. I will never regret bringing him there. It is so close to our house, and I didn't know they were there until the last minute. I appreciate how nice the doctors and nurses were.

Provided by YPmobileI have never written a review for anything ever but this experience was just that bad. I chose shaker over med express (which sadly to say was a mistake) I had been feeling sick and hadn't slept. I presented with a headache and dizziness as well as feeling very dehydrated. I have a history of ulcerative colitis and I also told the woman who did my initial exam that I had a late period and could possibly be pregnant. As a healthcare worker myself I know this information is important because it will effect the medication I can receive as well as other aspects of my care. My ulcerative colitis can also cause me to become dangerously dehydrated which would also pose a threat to a pregnancy. When the PA or whoever she was (she never introduced herself) came into the room she asked why I was there and when I told her she then said in a very rude condescending manor " and what does that have to do with you being pregnant?" When I gave her the reasons above in a tone that showed I didn't appreciate her less than professional attitude she then proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't run my urine sample for pregnancy unless I paid em extra $30 on top of my co pay and the reason she told me was because " people cheat the system and try to use this as a one stop shop" My bad I was under the impression that this was an urgent care. I guess walk ins really aren't welcome. She gave me a quick once over gave me a ZPack and sent me on my way. Never ever again will I go there.
