I called simply engraving this morning to ask if they could possibly do a zippo lighter with three letters on it by four o'clock. The lady replied kindly and said they could. I immediately dropped the lighter off and thanked them for getting us in on such short notice. The lady whom was so kind earlier, turned out to be just an awful woman. She told me that she had another order come in that afternoon and did not have time to get to my order. I told her that she made a commitment to me this morning. She treated me terribly and said that this new order took precedence over mine, even though she had committed to me. I asked her why she did not call me to allow me the time to take the lighter elsewhere and all she could say was that the new order was larger than mine. I was unable to give my gift to my father as a result of her thinking that my small order was not important enough to give me a simple phone call to allow me the time to take it to a business who values me as a customer. Simply engraving, you were awful in the way you treated me. I come from a family of business owners as my father owns a large chain of quick lives. After telling my father this story, he told me that he did not make it to where he is by using your ethics. He told me that little sales lead to big ones and your word is your bond.
