Horrible business!! My wife took her iPhone 6 to this metro pcs store to get the screen fixed, they used a cheap aftermarket screen which didn't work, then charged us $150. The phone didn't work at all. The manager was very rude to us and wouldn't refund our money. I ended up contacting the BBB then bought a new phone from the Apple Store. I wouldn't recommend this shady business to anyone.

They have a new guy in there now that is very good and can help u with no issues. Knows his phones, plans, rates and everything he should know. In and out quickly, upgraded my phone plan in just seconds. Service for my phone isn't always the best with Metro PCS but that's not a stores problem that's the network itself and the lack of range.

this store never opens on time , the staff not very knowledgeable on any type of phone or phone plans, when asked a question about anything to do with metro services the best answer you can be sure to get is "I don't know" every single person I have seen working at this location prefers to be on their phone instead of attending customers horrible customer service unknowledgeable on anything to do with their company let alone phones and servive if there was another metro store in the area you can be sure this store would be as empty as it sits now "closed" even though its suppossed to be open 30 minutes ago!! and I have been sitting here the whole time... SMH metro you need to hire reliable competant people that know about your company and services like me and I have never worked for metro this store on mission st in mount pleasant michigan needs to get it together call me if you ever need reliability, knowledge and outstanding customer service because as it sits now it just isn't happening
