I've always had a good experience at Herbs Etc. It's rare that a small college town has such a comprehensive natural health store that carries quality products with knowledgable staff. It's definitely different than a health food store...it's a health product store. What a cool resource to have in this town.

Herbs etc. is a great place to go for quality products. I have used their supplements for years and have gotten great results. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help with any of your questions. I have also enjoyed many of their services, including nutritional consultations, colonics, massage therapy, and emotional balancing (a treatment including energy work, essential oils, sound and color). I have been very pleased with all of their services. I particularly appreciate their massage therapy because I can often get a same day appointment and the massage therapists are wonderful. I highly recommend this establishment.

Excellent service. If the staff in the store is unsure, they can go ask Certified Naturopaths for help with your issue. Some students have been upset because they will not allow "abuse" of products there (some items that are sought out are kept behind the counter for everyones protection). One of the best stores I have been in, they can really help you.

I can't believe these people call themselves professionals. I am so disappointed with my visit. First of all they sell multi level products, not true natural products that are third party certified. Second, the staff at first seems knowledgeable but if you strip away the sales pitches you aren't left with much. After going and talking to people there about health issues I found out that they have actually hurt people and one even ended up in the hospital. Please if anyone reads this don't frequent this store!!!
