General Info

Our company was founded in 1940 in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and first incorporated in 1966. We operated as the Credit Bureau of Mt. Pleasant for many years but with the decline of local credit bureaus in the 1990s, we changed to our current name in 1992. Our primary focus is third party collections. Our experienced staff has a combined total of more than 100 years in the collection industry. That experience spans the entire spectrum of commercial, medical and retail collections. While there have been a lot of changes over the years, our job has remained the same and we remain dedicated to the task of contacting debtors and convincing them to pay their bill. Once again, we see our job as the utilization of experience and technology to provide the very best in collection service and performance. Our goal is to form lasting relationships with our clients by doing a good job.
