My wife made an appointment so that we could take our daughter and soon to be born son to a closer doctor. They said that new patients have to have an appointment before 3:30 and need to be there 20 minutes early. We had an appointment at 3:00 and got there 20 minutes early. They were quick to take our insurance and co-pay but that was about all they were quick about. My wife set in the waiting room and an exam room until well after 4:00. When she asked how much longer it would be they said at least a half hour. The attitude of the receptionist was not great and they said they would have to mail us a check for the co-pay. If you do not have the capacity to take new patients you should not schedule them. Some doctors do not value the time of their customers, I guess they are unaware they work for each of their patients.
