Worst place!,

He did my taxes for years , messed up my state taxes , took all my paper work and then would return my calls and locked the doors to his office so I couldn`t get in , left me out to dry , I paid the 3,000 dollars and then fought it on my own , lucky I got ahold of someone from the state that cared and talked to me and walked me through it , I got my money back Sense then I talk to another person he done it too, got on here and O my , Seems he is quite the business man , BEWARE !

A terrible unprofessional business..I have been a client there for about 15 years and he is unprofessional and will not help you if you need him after tax time is over.. Nobody would return phone calls.. I was lied too over and over. The only way I could talk to Jim was via Facebook messenger.. For over four months I was told by two people on his staff and Jim himself that they were on this, and not to worry.. It turned out they never did a thing, and I had to play catch up with the IRS myself.And why are we going through all this? Because Jim and his people made a rather large mistake on my taxes..How does Jim respond to my questions about this mistake and the past four months? He blocks me on Facebook..

They do not return phone calls or follow up with issues.

Not happy with not returning calls

We have been going to Jim for over 20 years, but the last two years, have not been good! They called to say our taxes were done, and we went to sign for them and when a man showed us our Federal return, I asked "is that AFTER your fee is taken out"? He said, "YES"!! Then he showed us our state return and said "this is your refund"! I thought wow $800 something back from state!! COOL! So we get the call they were done and we could pick up the check, we got there, and the amount of the check was MINUS $250. Then we get home, and we don't get a state refund...we have to PAY the state$800...I was in tears!!! I think they have just got too big and there are too many people doing taxes, and not knowing what is going on! I'm sure we will be going somewhere else next year!
