I would like to welcome all of you for a tour of our Complex, We have a few apartments left, We have lots of happy tenants, and are working to complete everything to make Sugartree a wonderful place.

I Need a apartment near work n i was wondering about a few things!I wanna know how much you have to make to live in sugertree cuz i belive i make a 1000 to 900 amounth!and how much would it be for a 2bedroom apartment?Eathier way with my income i be able to pay my bills but i know sumn ppl want 3times what u would pay for rent u have to earn but i dont make dat much maybe twice da rent so plz let me know sumn answers i lookin to move soon!!!!

My boyfriend and I have been living here for the past 7 months and have about 6 more months to go. I love my little pod. We have one noisy neighbor, who i called and complained about a couple times, and the manager took the time to address the issue. Not all of the neighbors are friendly, but what else do you expect just north of Flint. For the most part Sugar Tree is no longer a bad place to live. They do need to fix their pool though and maybe change their rules about painting as long as you paint it back to white. I would recommend these apartments if your looking for somewhere to live for a year or so. Nothing permanent though!

I was scared to move in after reading these but I did anyways. Since I moved in in July I have had a very pleasant stay. It is quite here and my neighbors are great. The office staff is nice by no means rude. Maintenance has been here twice once when I moved in and the patio door was hard to open and once when my ac went out. They fixed it and all has been fine. Im sorry you might have had a bad experience but I have not. I want to thank the staff for making my move easy. I love it here and do recommend this place.

This place was in terrible condition. I moved out a couple months ago, and they kept my security deposit and then charged me an extra $180 because I painted the bathroom a light blue..which the landlord told me was okay!!!



Do not rent from them!

the manager roll over is amazing.. they all seem sto keep getting fired and the next one does not communicate whats going one.. the maintenance is crumy and just does patch work rather than acutally fixing the problem.. UGH!! you get what you pay for cheap rent and cheap sourroundings!

It is lousy here nothing gets fixed, it use to until the new manager (PAM) came in no one can stand her here. It's pretty bad when the police won't come out (they said that they have so many complaints towards the manager they are telling residents to leave ASAP that it is not fit for living here. Pam swears at the residents won't come out until 45 mintues later to let a resident into her apartment Pam had tried to get in but it wasn't working Pam said to the resident is your patio unlock? Pam said that she was going to get a latter so the resident can climb up there well my opinion is she(Pam) is the manager and there is maintenance so Pam came back with a screw driver and a crow bar, she (PAM) told the resident to go some where else and sleep until in the morning for which that would have been Saturday morning. Finally; the maintenace man came out and put W.D.40 on the lock used a key and then it worked. The next day Pam had another resident come out that she had fired to replace the lock and paid him $10.00's the guy said that maintenace didn't want to come out and the lock was put in wrong and do you think PAM would APOLOGIZE to the resident. Then to bring her daughter out here on late Friday night early Saturday morning Pam had said to the resident well you must have changed the lock or you broke the lock, the resident said that she had not been home all day (worked in the morning,school in the afternoon,work in the evening), The resident said that she is giving a 30 day notice Pam said good why don't you LEAVE NOW. Pam's daughter said don't be a B@#$% to my mom. The resident was not being a B@#$% she was just letting Pam know that she had not been home since 8am.
