My wife and I used them for the first time today. The cleaning guy arrived on time and cleaned 2 rooms. He was very nice and took the time to move our furniture and concentrate on the more soiled areas as well. Carpet was dry within about or hour or so and no chemical smell. Our carpets are nearly white so we can tell if a good job was done. Well, they look great! We used Stanley Steemer in the past and our experieince with them was that in one case they didn't bother to move the furniture and in every case they left the carpet so sopping wet it took 2 days for it to dry! Not to mention the guys that showed up obviously didn't care much about the job they did.



One other thing...the price was literally half the cost of Chemdry or Stanley Steemer. Check it out for yourself. I was skeptical when I heard the price but they honored it and again...the job done was excellent.
