The Mount Laurel Township Municipal Clerk's Office is a part of the Mount Laurel Township, which is approximately 20 square miles and has a population of nearly 40,000 residents. The township has a County College Campus and more than five elementary schools. The Mount Laurel Township has a nursing home, assisted living center and three retirement communities. Additionally, the township is home to several regional hospital systems physician group medical practices and diagnostic and surgical centers. The township has several hotels, motels, grocery stores and shopping centers. The Mount Laurel Township operates police, fire, and emergency medical services and management departments.
