Very unprofessional. Went there for my son's braces they said they will send the paperwork to the insurance company and call us.We waited 7 weeks, they never called. My wife finally called "Oxford Orthodontics" and they said the our insurance company denied our claim. We called our insurance provender - they said the case never been submitted to them?? Went to another orthodontist and my son's braces ware approved with not problem. Do Not Waste Your Time with "Oxford Orthodontics".
