Provided by YP.comI've been adult for over 3 decades. It's hard to remember an experience with any retail establishment that has been as bad as this one. Rude beyond description, downright nasty. Do yourself a favor and don't step foot in the door. Words cannot express my displeasure.

Provided by YPmobileI have taken my HP laptop there when my hard drive crashed and they did a great job with fixing the problem fast. I just took it back there to fix a virus, again only two days and the problem is completely fixed. I will be coming back here for years to come!

Provided by YP.comDo not buy a computer here. My wife purchased one, about a week later I finally had the time to check it out. It was locking up and losing wireless signal. Brought it back to the store for its 30 day refund/warranty. They would not honor the refund and said they would repair it but it will take a few days. I asked if they will extend the warranty an extra week while they repaired it. They said no we wont do that. So if you want to blow a few hundred dollars to say a few bucks, go to reputable place that till stand behind their product.
All merchandise is on and functioning at the time of purchase. Customers are able use all of the features of the product (including wifi) while they are in the store. In the rare event that something does fail, we have a 30 day warranty. This customer's scenario fell into the 30 day warranty and was promptly repaired at no charge to the customer. New, used, and refurbished items all have a possibility of breaking and that is why we gladly provide a warranty with all of our items.
