go for the atmosphere! while waiting for our table, we sat at the bar and greatly enjoyed some local beer and the historical decor was nice. :) take the time to take the tour! it was a lot of fun eating in the catacombs! but be prepared... there are a lot of stairs to make it down to the nice dining areas. if your afraid of heights or claustrophobic, you may prefer to eat in the 1st floor bar/ restaurant. (oh, and visit the restroom before you dine- they are only on the 1st floor) the catacombs dining area is apart of the local caves, so it might get chilly, although, i didn't and i'm almost always cold! lol!! also, it is very dim lighting, so if you have poor eye sight, maybe bring a flash light to read your menu... yes, it costs a little more than eating at a chain restaurant, but it was a fun experience! the food was wonderful and we will be going again soon- actually bringing my parents this time around! ;) cheers!

we eat here all the time. they have local draft craft beers and service is excellent.
