- Wrongful DeathOne of the most devastating things that can happen is to lose a loved one because of someone else’s negligence. Wrongful death actions are very complex. New Jersey provides for compensation to the survivors for loss of a loved one’s advice, guidance and counsel as well as the income and other financial contributions they made. New Jersey law also provides for an award for the conscious pain and suffering that a loved one had before they passed away. At the Law Offices of Robert F. Rupinski, we can make sure that you get full compensation for your loss.
