Edward, the owner, was very knowledgeable and was able to cerify a chimney that two other chimney people told me could not be certified without additional work. He was professional, courteous, and performed the work in a timely fashion. I will recommend him to my friends.

Nice, honest down to earth people. They lived up to our expectations.

My wife and I had a competing company come out to clean our chimney about a week ago. Their representative was dirty, rude and told us we needed over $600.00 worth of repairs to our chimney.We decided to get a second opinion and called Four Seasons Chimney Sweeps. After explaining the situation over the phone they sent out a representative who thoroughly looked over our chimney. They told us that no repairs were needed and although there was some age related wear and tear, there was no significant damage or any safety issues and we should not have to worry for many years to come.They did not charge us since they said they have a policy of "free estimates". Needles to say we were very happy to have saved the $600 plus on repairs and were pleasantly surprised that there was no charge.We scheduled to have our annual cleaning with them next year and will be having them as our chimney sweep company from here on out.

The Gentleman that came to my residence, showed up on time (how unusual these days), was extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful. In addition to the wonderful job he did cleaning the chimney and educating me with the few questions i had, he also did a free inspection of the dryer vent. The vent was extremely dirty (something i never thought of cleaning) it was actually quiet fascinating to watch the cleaning process, and my dryer works so much better now. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a chimney sweep or dryer vent cleaning.

My husband and I recently purchased an older home. We were very concerned that we were going to have major repairs needed on our chimney due to it's age and condition. We called Four Seasons and scheduled a cleaning. Their representative came out to the house and thoroughly looked over the our chimney and checked it's integrity. They assured us that no repairs were needed, just a good cleaning. It's very rare these days to have a company come out and actually "downsell" you. They were very professional and competitively priced. I have since recommended them to several friends & family members who have also reported back very positive experiences to me.
